Not the typical email from Elder Lewis this week.

This is what I got from him late Monday evening.....

Mama,
Amor,
-grant

*basically saying, "I'm in the hospital. I'm a little sick, but don't worry."
Cutest guy, he knew I would worry, so he made sure to reach out.

We woke up to a phone call early Monday morning letting us know Grant had been admitted to the hospital in Concepcion.
Severe stomach pains, dehydration, vomiting and poor coloring. (He’s yellow, they tell us)

The Dr's are running tests, a little worried about his liver and keeping him in the hospital hooked up to IVs and having him rest until they figure out what’s going on or until he’s feeling better.

The nurse has been so good to keep in touch and reach out. Still no answers, but we hear he's feeling and looking a little better. This is probably the most downtime he's had in 18 months.

It’s hard to be far away and feeling helpless, but prayers are heard no matter where we are.
So we are asking each of you to please keep Grant and the Drs in your prayers.

Thank you for your love and support, it means the world to him (and to us) he’s blessed to have each of you in his life.

We will keep you updated!
