Grant received the Melchizedek priesthood from his Grandfather, yesterday.

It was a sweet night.

The priesthood holders in the room each gave Grant advice.

McKay encouraged him to write in his journal each day, starting immediately.

He assured him he would want to remember these moments, and the feelings and promised him he would benefit from looking back and recognizing growth.

He then gave Grant a beautiful journal from Korea.

Farmer told Grant that the Priesthood was all about service and helping others.

Next stop for Grant, the temple!
